Deposit Limits: Tell us how much you can afford to spend in a day, week or month, and we won’t accept deposits over that amount. If you want to lower this limit we’ll sort that for you straight away. If you change your mind and want to increase the amount, we’ll ask you to confirm that decision in 24 hours just to double check that you’re sure.

Game Play Reminders: Tell us how much time you want to spend playing slot games before you begin, and we’ll remind you when that time is up. We’ll start your game play reminder from the first time you spend money on a game. Once the time you have chosen is up, we’ll ask you what you want to do. You can either continue playing – this will reset the clock – or leave the game completely.

Time Out: We’ll temporarily close your account if you want to take time out from playing. While you’re on a time out we’ll try our best to not contact you with any offers or promotions. Your time out can last for between one day and six weeks, and when the time is up we’ll re-open your account and you’ll be able to log in again.

Total Self-exclusion: If you want to stop gam bling with us completely, we can set up a total self-exclusion.

We’ll close your online account for any amount of time between six months and five years – and we won’t re-open it unless you contact us. We’ll give you a 24-hour cooling off period before you can re-open your account, and you will have to confirm you want to.

You can extend your self-exclusion at any time for a period of six months to five years on request. any self-exclusion may, on request, be extended for one or more further periods of at least 6 months;

If you try to open other accounts with us during this time, we’ll do our best to find them and close them.

You may lose any deposits or winnings that are in these accounts if we close them during a period of self-exclusion.
